Choose the Plan That's Right for You

Clarentia offers four plans:

Essentiel Talents (free),

Recruteur Pro (€149/month),

Recruiter Team (€359/month), and

Recruiter Elite (€999/month).

Each paid plan includes a growing monthly AI credit allowance (3,000, 9,000, then 30,000) along with higher capacity (active jobs, CRM candidates, bulk imports, storage). Choosing annual billing saves 10% compared to monthly billing. For specific needs (very high volume, multi-client agencies), a custom Enterprise offer is available on request.

Every AI-powered action deducts a number of credits from your monthly allowance. For example: parsing a CV uses 1 credit, generating a job post with AI uses 6 credits, and an automated candidate sourcing phase uses 25 credits. Your plan's full credit allowance is refreshed every month, on your subscription's renewal date.

You have two options.

1. You can wait for your subscription's renewal date, when your monthly credit allowance is fully refreshed.
2. Or you can purchase an additional user license for the current month — each license comes with its own credit allowance.

AI credits are pooled at your company level, regardless of how many users you have.

There is no limit on the number of users: you can add as many team members as you need, at any time.

Each additional user corresponds to a license billed pro rata, from the date it's added through your subscription's renewal date — so you only pay for the period actually used.

Yes, the 10-day free trial gives access to all of your plan's features, except for multi-posting to external job boards, which is available in limited quantity during the trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Company Profile > Subscription tab. An upgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated adjustment to your current billing. A downgrade takes effect on your subscription's next renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription (monthly or annual) at any time from the Company Profile > Subscription > Cancel subscription tab. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access to all features until that date.

Multi-posting to job boards is a separate option from your Clarentia subscription, configured at your company profile level. The Essential multi-posting plan is included. The Advanced and Premium plans, which unlock more platforms and features, require an additional paid plan.

Yes. Data processed by Clarentia is hosted within the European Union, and the platform is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Essentiel Talents plan is free and gives access to the core ATS: up to 3 active job postings, 100 candidates in your CRM, 500 candidate imports per day, and 1 GB of storage for CVs and documents. It does not include AI credits or Claren's automated recruiting features (sourcing, matching, screening).
